摘要: Ferromagnetic resonance has been used to study the magnetic properties and magnetization dynamics of polycrystalline Fe1−xVx alloy films with 0⩽x<0.7. Films were produced by cosputtering from separate Fe V targets, leading a composition gradient across Si substrate. studies conducted at room temperature broadband coplanar waveguide frequencies up 50GHz using flip-chip method. The effective demagnetization field 4πMeff Gilbert damping parameter α have determined as function concentration. results are compared those epitaxial FeV films.
