摘要: The semi-empirical realization of the Judd-Ofelt theory f ↔ transitions has proved to be a powerful tool for reproduction majority observed lines in lanthanide doped materials. However, theoretical description some is beyond framework standard approach. This scheme, still one-particle but based on double tensor operators, applied here reproduce spectra Nd 3+ Sm glasses. results numerical calculations compared experimental values those obtained within as well its version odd rank intensity parameters.
