摘要: The incidence of CNS manifestations AIDS is considerably high. As early as 1984 Berger et al. reported on 186 patients, 11% whom presented with abnormalities, and 33% showed neurological symptoms during the disease. Levy (1985) evaluated clinical history 352 patients detected in 39%. In about one quarter these (10%) they were initial manifestation Clinical studies probably underestimate true frequency AIDS, especially when are obscured by life-threatening systemic, non-cerebral manifestations. This supported neuropathological data showing morphological changes brain, spinal cord, surrounding tissues 70%–95% all autopsy cases (Gray 1988; Iglesias Lang 1989). A systematic overview based various etiologies, was given subsequently modified other authors (Kesselring 1986).
