摘要: Sim One, a computer-controlled manikin, demonstrates the feasibility of using simulator to teach medical students, interns, and residents some manual skills they must learn. The simulated patient looks like living person, "breathes" with chest abdomen, has carotid temporal pulses synchronous an audible heartbeat, can be ventilated by bag mask or through endotracheal airway. "He" also responds appropriately when oxygen, nitrous oxide, thiopental sodium, succinylcholine, either two vasopressors are given student. Each maneuver student each response recorded available in typed graphic form for immediate reinforcement learning experience.
