摘要: Technetium-99m Tetrofsomin (Tc-TF) has been shown to be useful in identifying several types of tumors, such as breast, lung, and thyroid cancers. There was no report the literature for Tc-TF uptake hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The aim this study evaluate usefulness liver imaging detect HCC investigate relationship between findings P-glycoprotein (Pgp) multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) expression. Immunohistochemical resected specimens using anti-human Pgp MRP antibodies. Twenty (90.9%) showed negative results without significant HCC, whereas only remaining 2 (9.1%) positive HCC.
