摘要: Light is a strong synchronizer for circadian rhythm - the 24-h biological oscillation in plants, insects, and mammals. This paper considers entrainment problem popular model (the Kronauer model) by using light intensity as control input. commonly encountered shift workers international travelers how to phase of one's specified amount, preferably fast possible? We consider three approaches: 1.?Periodic entrainment: use light/dark cycle corresponding desired 2.?Optimal input state minimum time. 3.?Feedback feedback adjust For entrainment, we two cases: active lighting which can inject artificial on demand subtractive only blocks ambient lighting. periodic used baseline comparison, apply harmonic balance method assess existence stable solution, verify result simulation. time present an efficient solution two-point boundary value show that significantly reduces from baseline. The algorithm augments with account modeling error noise. Results this study provide new insight guideline regulation.
