摘要: This work presents an efficient method for the preparation of magnetic nanoparticles modified with molecularly imprinted polymers (Mag-MIP) through core-shell determination biotin in milk food samples. The functional monomer acrylic acid was selected from molecular modeling, EGDMA used as cross-linking and AIBN radical initiator. Mag-MIP Mag-NIP were characterized by FTIR, hysteresis, XRD, SEM N2-sorption measurements. capacity adsorption, its kinetics selectivity studied detail. adsorption data well described Freundlich isotherm model equilibrium constant (KF) 1.46 mL g(-1). experiments revealed that prepared had higher toward compared to other molecules different chemical structure. material successfully applied diverse samples using HPLC quantification analyte, obtaining mean value 87.4% recovery.
