摘要: Contamination by accidental cutaneous contact with the commercial products and air pollutants raised a considerable health safety issue. This study aimed to trace dynamics of 20 nm gold nanoparticle (GNP) penetration accumulation in rat skin tissues using surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) technique. After topical application GNPs on surface, SERS spectra were recorded for every 15 μm an overall depth 75 from surface 150 min. The processes GNP accompanied aggregation GNPs, which affected spectra. results revealed that can penetrate through stratum corneum layer, viable epidermis then into dermis layer. demonstrated first time potential spectroscopy monitor skin.
