Pharmacol. Therap. 33, 9–14. Pharmacokinetic parameters were established for flurbiprofen (FBP) after intravenous (i.v.) administration (0.5 mg/kg) niosomal nonniosomal formulations cattle. Niosomes FBP showed a drug loading 92.0 ± 0.7% the niosomes to cattle did not produce any immunological reaction associated components. Niosomal was slowly eliminated from plasma mean residual time (MRT) AUC0t t 1/2 values significantly higher than those non formulations. results presented this study indicate that long circulation offers potential application improving pharmacokinetic short half-life drugs clinical use. offer new promising perspectives delivery modules bovine therapeutics.
