摘要: Abstract Methodology enabling cryopreservation of individual spermatozoa in extreme cases oligozoospermia would tremendously benefit patients. This study explores the use a nylon loop for small quantities spermatozoa, and also describes novel technique freezing with this cryoloop. Experiments were conducted to compare sperm recovery viability after conventional vials versus on cryoloops. Discarded human specimens varying parameters utilized.
