摘要: This experimental study compares the effects of human sperm preservation medium (HSPM) with TEST-yolk buffer (TYB) as cryoprotectants spermatozoa respect to integrity acrosome after freeze-thawing procedure. Fifty-six semen samples were included in this study; 18 subnormal (G1) and 38 normal (G2) based on World Health Organization criteria, except for morphology, which was evaluated according strict criteria. Each sample divided into two parts: first part prepared cryopreservation by addition HSPM (1:1) second TYB (1:1). Freezing performed liquid nitrogen vapour. Smears made before freezing thawing process evaluation using fluorescent-lectin labelling. The mean percentage intact acrosomes group 77.0 +/- 7.2% decreased significantly (P < 0.001) thawing: 63.7 8.2% use 66.8 8.7% TYB. corresponding values 83.4 9.2%, 76.0 8.8% 77.9 respectively. It is obvious that decrease higher when comparison TYB, not only G1 (-14.9 1.9% versus -11.8 1.4%) but also G2 (-13.8 1.5% -11.9 1.3%).
