摘要: Cloning by somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) in pigs has great value for research and biomedical applications. However, cloning is inefficient, procedures often lead to the birth of abnormal offspring because inadequate remodeling donor cells as well subsequent development. To understand problems process, it necessary how uterus interacts with cloned embryo during pregnancy supports placentation fetal In this study, we compared gene expression profiles SCNT embryos those normal natural mating. We obtained uterine endometrial tissues on day 30 conducted profiling using Platinum Pig 13K oligonucleotide microarrays. Of 13,610 genes analyzed, 351 significantly increased or decreased embryos. The differentially regulated included enzymes involved steroidogenesis extracellular matrix secretory proteins. Analyses real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) situ hybridization selected confirmed validity patterns observed microarray analysis. Results study showed that transcriptional profile was differently indicating maternal responsiveness impaired, resulting altered and, turn, placental development embryonic loss.
