摘要: This study aimed to evaluate the quality of porcine somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) embryos by examining its gene transcription patterns. Embryos were produced SCNT, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) or under different conditions, and transcripts genes for fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFr) 2IIIc, FGFr72IIIb, X inactive-specific transcript (Xist), interleukin 6 (IL6), IL6 (IL6r) alpha c-kit ligand, detected real-time RT-PCR. The percentages in which these similar SCNT ICSI embryos. On other hand, transcriptional levels FGFr72IIIb IL6ralpha 0.5 times less 2 more, respectively, blastocysts than those (p<0.05). When was performed before after activation oocytes, latter case showed significantly lower frequencies having (74% vs. 90%) Xist (3% 33%) compared former two lines donor cells with developmental potencies used, profiles reconstructed did not show any significant differences. Our suggests that expression IL6ralpha, can be used as markers diagnosis potency
