摘要: This paper presents the results of a qualitative study public transport users and car in order to obtain deeper understanding travellers' attitudes towards explore perceptions service quality. The key findings indicate that increase usage, should be designed way accommodates levels required by customers doing so, attract potential users. Furthermore, choice is influenced several factors, such as individual characteristics lifestyle, type journey, perceived performance each mode situational variables. suggests need for segmentation taking into account travel behaviours. Policies which aim influence usage targeted at market segments are most motivated change willing reduce frequency use.
