摘要: Hematologic malignancies represent a diverse group of neoplastic conditions that arise from hematopoietic cells. Myeloid neoplasms clonal expansions myeloid progenitors and are encompassed by myeloproliferative neoplasms, myelodysplastic syndromes, acute leukemia. Similarly, lymphoid composed either precursor B/T or mature lymphocytes varying stages differentiation. Importantly, the current World Health Organization Classification Tumors Hematopoietic Lymphoid Tissues utilizes an integrated approach for incorporation clinical, morphologic, genetic features (WHO classification tumours haematopoietic tissues, Lyon, France, International Agency Research on Cancer, 2008). The complex abnormalities identified in these tumors have necessitated transition single gene testing paradigm to multiple gene/panel profiling. Moreover, rapid advances elucidation alterations leukemias lymphomas highlighted increasingly important role molecular analysis diagnosis, disease monitoring, therapy. Continued will significantly impact importance personalized management patients with hematologic malignancies. In this chapter, we provide updated summary application commonly used approaches focus practical aspects
