摘要: The viability of near-infrared femtosecond laser ablation (fs-LA) inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS) for the in-depth analysis polymer coatings over galvanized steel substrates has been studied. A good depth resolution was obtained modifying Gaussian beam to a flat-top by using liquid-crystal display. In order avoid mixing information coming from successive shots, low repetition rate accomplished and signals were monitored shot shot. Different kinds used demonstrate capability depth-profiling analysis. Ablation conducted under He atmosphere, after sample cell Ar admixed. profiles LA-ICPMS are in agreement with those GD-OES three analyzed samples. cases where due averaging several millimeter roughness determines GD-OES, it found that achieves better later...
