摘要: Cholesterol-bearing pullulan (CHP) nanogel is a synthetic degradable biomaterial for drug delivery with high biocompatibility. Guided bone regeneration (GBR) augmentation technique in which membrane used to create and keep secluded regenerative space. The purpose of the present study was evaluate effects novel CHP GBR. Thirty-six adult Wistar rats were bilaterally symmetrical full-thickness parietal defects 5 mm diameter created trephine burr. Each defect covered collagen or untreated without any membrane. animals sacrificed at 2, 4 8 weeks analysed radiologically histologically. Furthermore, after incubating human serum collagen, amount PDGF measured using ELISA. New formation terms volume higher group than control groups 2 weeks. At weeks, both showed volumes group. Notably, newly-formed uniform histologically indistinguishable from original bone, whereas new an irregular structure that completely different bone. After nanogel, decreased significantly. GBR favourably stimulated regeneration, unique characteristic storage endogenous growth factors, likely implicated.
