摘要: The effects of the time sowing on growth and chemical composition carrots grown from May to November were studied during 3 years.Delaying for 1 or 2 months after beginning resulted in a reduction both roots foliage gave with lower dry-matter content glucose/fructose ratio but higher amounts hexoses, total nitrogen amino root dry matter. Sowing date had no influence concentration sucrose, phosphorus, potassium, calcium magnesium matter up 137 days sowing. Carotene decreased only last Sucrose increased throughout periods irrespective longer growing period was sucrose concentration. hexoses first harvest at 70 reach constant level about 130 sowing. The results did not indicate presence well-defined stage biochemical maturity autumn when carrot are expected as most suitable subsequent long-term storage.
