摘要: Cancer cells express a range of tumor associated antigens (TAA) including self-antigens, which should engender TAA-specific immune response to dampen progression and result in eradiation. However, this is rarely happened patients with cancer. It thought that active immunosuppressive network the cancer microenvironment hinders anti-tumor immunity. Regulatory T (Tregs) are an important component suppressive network, suppress cell immunity one main obstacles tempering successful immunotherapy vaccination. In chapter, we focus on Tregs, review their characteristics mechanisms microenvironment, summarize recent development Treg-targeted immunotherapeutic regimens.
