摘要: Caloric restriction of rats from day 10 to 20 pregnancy results in significant decreases body weight, placental cerebral DNA, and protein the offspring at birth. These did not usually occur if mothers on restricted diet were treated concomitantly with bovine growth hormone. If hormone cross placenta, then, it is postulated, least one effect was mobilization maternal nutrient reserves.
