摘要: Abstract A continuous free-flow apparatus for thin-layer zone electrophoresis and adaptations separations by isotachophoresis isoelectric focusing are described. The the fractionation of an amylase concentrate is shown as example. concentration profiles leading electrolyte, KCl, terminator, Tris, under conditions demonstrated.
