摘要: Abstract Most investigations involving preparative isotachophoresis report the use of solid support media in which sample loads up to 1 g are fractionated within several hours. Larger throughputs and simpler recovery purified proteins have been achieved by continuous flow isotachophoresis. This method is based on a thin film fluid flowing between two parallel plates with electric field applied perpendicular direction. Both leading terminating electrolytes, as well sample, continuously admitted one end electrophoretic chamber collected through an array outlet tubes at other. In recycling effluent from each channel reinjected into cell corresponding influent port. The development automated computer controlled counterflow electrolyte described together its prospective downstream processing unit operation biotechnology.
