Serum protein fractionation by isotachophoresis using amino acid spacers.

摘要: Analytical and preparative isotachophoresis has been carried out using amino acids peptides as discrete spacers in contrast to the usually employed continuous mobility spectrum Ampholine. isotachoresis free solution, LKB Tachophor, demonstrated separation of human serum into distinct subgroups, n giving rise + 1 protein subgroups. Preparative fractionation on polyacrylamide gel was Uniphor threonine glycine spacers. Immunoelectrophoretic analysis showed that eight ten proteins assayed were clearly resolved three subgroups obtained, thus demonstrating sharpness isotachophoretic resolution.
