摘要: Abstract As aquaculture of Eurasian perch ( P. fluviatilis ) develops, optimizing growth becomes increasingly important. Fish may be stressed by ordinary farming procedures such as handling and cleaning tanks. This induce behavioural changes, reduce feed intake, increase energy expenditures thus rates. In order to quantitatively evaluate the effect disturbance on rate perch, groups fish were exposed one three treatments including control (no disturbance), moderate (shadows from movements above tanks) severe tanks + simulating tanks). Twelve used for each treatment category. Average weight (and SD) was 39.6 g ± 14.7. Feed intake rates registered at two different temperatures (16.6 ± 0.7 °C 22.7 ± 1.1 °C) energetic efficiency calculated. significantly reduced P ≤ 0.001). At both temperatures, disturbed had lower than undisturbed fish, but significant only 17 °C
