摘要: Background: The long-term functional status of subjects at ultra high risk for psychosis (HR) is relatively under investigated. This study explores baseline predictors outcome in HR who did not convert to during a 6 years follow-up period. Methods: A total 154 were followed up an average years. primary variable was global assessment functioning the last visit as assessed with Global Assessment Functioning tool. multinomial logistic regression performed identify potential outcome. Results: Baseline and data on available 92 HR. Twenty-four (43%) individuals reported poor follow-up. scores GAF (Exp(b) ¼ 0.857; 95% CIs: 0.75/0.97), employment 0.029; 0.00/0.268), CAARMS 1.976; 1.00/1.14) predicted Conclusions: Despite preventive treatments received, many fullblown longer term do functionally remit. These are lower functioning, unemployed have higher symptom loading time their presentation prodromal clinic. Our suggests need innovative targeting long beyond prevention onset population.
