摘要: Sodium oleate (NaOL, C18H33O2Na)–sodium linoleate (NaLin, C18H31O2Na) mixtures were studied in the micellar and air/water interface states at 298.15 K. Three aggregation steps found: a premicellar aggregation, critical micelle concentration (CMC), structural change of micelles. Micelles, both CMC concentration, are richer than overall mixture composition. Micelles strongly non-ideal interaction is repulsive. The behavior dependence ionization degree with composition explained on basis π electrons surfactants’ chains water hydrocarbon/water interface. air/solution adsorbed monolayer also non-ideal, but attractive there preferential mole fraction sodium about 0.7. surface pseudophase behaves as if solvent soluble solute. This average area per molecule double bonds water. At interface, was similar to that heterogemini surfactant having spacer seven carbon atoms.
