摘要: Chemotherapy is the preferred therapeutic approach for therapy of advanced ovarian cancer, but 5-year survival rate remains low due to development drug resistance. Increasing evidence has documented that microRNAs (miRNAs) act important roles in resistance a variety types cancer. However, miRNA regulating Taxol cancer and detailed mechanism are less reported. We used Taqman probe stem loop real-time PCR accurately measure levels miR-197 normal cells, Taxol-resistant cells found was significantly increased cells. Enforced expression can promote resistance, cell proliferation, invasion Meanwhile, repression sensitize its response also induced attenuated proliferation ability. Furthermore, investigation showed promotion on partially mediated by downregulating NLK, negative regulator WNT signaling pathway. Taken together, our work first demonstrated confer Taxol, tumor suppressor, NLK
