摘要: Objective: Developing an herbal antifungal formulation containing eruca and garlic oils against highly resistant dermatophytes ( Malassezia fufur AUMC No. 5173, Microsporum canis bodin 5490 Trichophyton mentagrophytes 5501. 5501) assessment of oil thiosulfonates during the ex vivo percutaneous permeation through albino rat skin. Methods: Assay activity was performed by filter paper disc method agar well diffusion method. The components volatile constituents fixed seeds were studied using GC/MS. Thiosulfinates in analyzed HPLC/UV. Both incorporated into hair cream span 60 brij 58 at three different concentrations (2, 4 6% w/w) alliin, evaluated skin mounted on Franz cells. Results : two have a synergistic effect first additive second third fungi. main are 4-(methyl thio) butyl isothiocyanate (82%) for erucic acid (40%) one. highest flux alliin (0.337±0.0015 mg/cm 2 /hr) obtained 4% surfactant concentration. Conclusion: Combination has high selected dermatophytes. Formulation Brij with concentration gives rate . Keywords: Eruca, Garlic, Dermatophytes, Quantitative determination Ex-vivo
