摘要: Although the idea that early life conditions shape mortality is not new, there has been a resurgence of studies on topic in last two decades. In our review this work, we weigh evidence for major causal mechanisms, i.e., biological imprint and pathway processes, thought to underlie associations between childhood adult mortality. We also examine how key social physical exposures are associated with through these mechanisms.
