摘要: Background Thyroid nodules often discovered incidentally and present a management problem particularly when investigations suggest atypical or suspicious cells. Prediction of the risk malignancy within such thyroid nodule is based on clinical, biochemical, ultrasonographic, cytologic features. Our aim was to create nomogram predict accurately chance nodule. Methods All patients with who underwent ultrasonographic-guided fine needle aspiration operative resection at our institution during 2007–2008 were identified. Clinical records, biochemical profiles, pathology reports, ultrasonographic images, cytology slides reviewed. A multivariate logistic regression used quantify value variables in estimating malignancy. Results The records 158 190 Eighteen excluded. 8 greatest predictive selected for (thyroid-stimulating hormone), ultrasonography (shape, echo texture, vascularity), (nuclear grooves, pseudoinclusions, cellularity, presence colloid). had an excellent accuracy concordance index 91%. Conclusion We produced that can
