摘要: Determination of the creatine kinase isoenzyme pattern in 62 biopsy samples obtained from patients with neuromuscular disease revealed changes mainly Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The BB was detected 10 out 17 cases dystrophy and relative amount MB + significantly increased this group (P < 0.005). In serum all 28 progressive frequently also other diseases. Among 152 control only 2 cases. It is suggested that finding normal or slightly elevated total CK activity may be a further proof disorder, but not specific for any particular
