摘要: Abstract Glasses of the 17ZnO·32CdO·51TeO2 system doped with Eu2O3 (0–0.75 mol per 100 mol oxides) were obtained. Non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) tests showed that glass transition temperature varied in range 354° to 371 °C addition Eu2O3. The samples exposed a thermal treatment laboratory oven at 420 °C. X-ray diffraction analysis treated crystalline phases variety metallic oxides, intensities which decreased as Eu doping amount increased. In all samples, strongest peak corresponded ZnTeO3 crystallite size about 36 nm. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy CdO and ZnO change their role from modifier former. Raman spectra characteristic bands corresponding γ–TeO2. observations suggest induced structural changes turn led formation molecular oxygen interstitial network. Deconvolution High-Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy images confirmed Te2O5, Te nanocrystals. Photoluminescence ions are incorporated Eu3+ no reduction occurred after heat treatment.
