摘要: Abstract Er3+ ions doped TeO2 based glasses were prepared by quenching melting technique. A systematic characterization of glass transition temperature and optical properties the was carried out. The gain cross-section for Er3+laser 4I13/2→4I15/2 calculated. results show TNBZ with 2000 ppm Er2O3 had maximum value equal to 14.4 cm−1 large stimulated emission (1.4×10−20 cm2). developed here showed widest bandwidths cross section from 249 1106 cm−1. Moreover Raman coefficient present obtained scattering experiments using 532 nm excitation. This composition has also (g=1.4×10−10 m/W) it highest full width half (FWHM≈ 380 cm−1). Finally, structure investigated through deconvolution spectra. thermal stability spectroscopic indicate that this is a promising candidate fiber lasers amplifiers.
