摘要: Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) is one of the most devastating diseases for pig industry. Our goal was to identify microRNAs involved in host immune response PRRS. We generated microRNA expression profiles lung tissues from Tongcheng or Landrace pigs infected with a highly pathogenic PRRS virus (PRRSV) at 3, 5, 7 dpi (day post infection) control individuals these two breeds. data showed that 278 known 294 novel were expressed combined transcriptomes. Compared individuals, almost half (116 153 Landrace) significantly differential (DEmiRNAs) least once. The numbers down-regulated DEmiRNAs larger than corresponding number up-regulated both Interestingly, miR-2320-5p, which predicted bind conserved sequences PRRSV genome, 3 dpi after infection In addition, induced significant increase editing level results provide insight into role vivo, will aid research developing therapies against PRRSV.
