摘要: Diets containing 13% protein supplied by wheat gluten (WG), + lysine threonine (WGLT), or casein methionine (CM) were fed to pregnant rats from conception through day 15 of lactation. A crossover design was used with combinations WG, WGLT, and CM during pregnancy Out six dams WG both lactation nursing a total 48 pups on 1 lactation, only two still alive In contrast, 47 at this time. Differences in the weight composition mammary tissue directionally similar consistent pup viability. The data obtained confirm importance quality diet also demonstrate that deficits gland development occurring may not necessarily be overcome nutritionally adequate consumed
