Penfigoide ampollar: análisis retrsopectivo de 45 casos

摘要: Resumen Introduccion. El penfigoide ampollar (PA) es una enfermedad autoinmune que afecta con mayor frecuencia a personas de edad avanzada. Objetivos. Identificar la presentacion, sexo y variantes clinicas del PA. Establecer asociacion otras enfermedades, respuesta terapeutica comparar los resultados las estadisticas publicadas. Materiales metodos. Se realizo un analisis retrospectivo descriptivo pacientes consultaron en el Servicio Dermatologia Policlinico Bancario periodo comprendido entre agosto 1995 mismo mes 2010. incluyeron aquellos diagnostico La recoleccion datos se obtuvo registros histologicos correspondientes historias clinicas. Resultados. registraron 45 pacientes; 25 (55,5%) femeninos 20 (44,5%) masculinos. media fue 75,9 anos. Variantes clinicas: 35 (77,7%) clasica; 5 (11,1%) localizada; 1(2,2%) vesicular; 2 (4,4%) nodular. Asociacion DBT: 15 (33,3%); HTA: 29 (64,4%); enfermedades sistemicas: 19 (42,2%); dermatologicas: 7 (15,5%). buena. Conclusiones. promedio al momento No hallamos marcada diferencia cuanto distribucion por sexo. forma clasica predomino sobre sistemicas podria deberse estas patologias dan grupo etario. dermatologicas psoriasis (la representacion). altamente satisfactoria.
