摘要: Background: Bullous pemphigoid is a clinically heterogeneous disease although little known of the factors affecting its course and outcome. Objective: Our purpose was to document clinical course, outcomes, causes death in treated bullous determine predictive Methods: The documented 82 patients with immunologically proven (mean follow-up 3 years 2 months). To identify outcome, 16 "good prognosis pemphigoid" (no systemic treatment or remission within years) were compared 12 recurrent requiring maintenance therapy who still needed after longer. Remission defined as months free lesions, without treatment. Results: duration varied from 9 weeks 17 (estimated median time 1 month). Of followed up for at least years, 30% achieved by rate 50%. Two had subsequent relapse (9%). mortality year 19%, believed be contributory seven deaths. No clinical, immunologic, immunogenetic duration. Conclusion: Despite heterogeneity pemphigoid, no are recognized.
