摘要: Historically, coronary angiography of the isolated heart has played an important role in detection stenotic or occlusive lesions that are difficult to identify by autopsy alone. Meanwhile, although application multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) forensic fields accelerated recently, single organ with MDCT is rarely performed. In this article, we present evaluation postmortem selective CT and discuss its utility for autopsy. First, a preliminary experiment using pig artery, examined behavior water soluble contrast material on (PMCTA) found better angiographic images were acquired when viscosity was increased performed under conditions sustained perfusion. Based these results, devised procedure pressurized bag drip infusion can be easily, quickly, at low cost. The obtained provided useful supportive evidence findings suggestive ischemic disease. With active discussions underway proper use tomography, PMCTA also naturally attracted attention as it compensates some shortcomings Although typically involves whole-body angiography, if view one many supplementary tools available autopsy, then continues have today.
