摘要: The present invention provides a crystallized Bactericidal Permeability-Increasing (BPI) protein; methods for x-ray diffraction analysis to provide patterns of sufficiently high resolution three-dimensional structure determination the protein, as well rational drug design, based on using amino acid sequence data and/or crystallography provided computer readable media, analyzed system having suitable algorithms; and atomic coordinates are yielding structural information lipid binding transport protein family that includes BPI, LBP, CETP PLTP.
