摘要: A method for determining whether the DNA contained in a test sample includes a particular nucleic acid sequence, comprising steps of: a) extracting acids from sample, b) digesting extracted with restriction en zyme thereby to cleave or not at se quence, depending on enzyme re cognition site is present c) treating product of (b) form single stranded acids, d) contacting produced (c) first and second polynucleotide probes which are complementary respective portions said sequence be detected, two being non-overlap ping immediately adjacent ques tion. The contact perfomed under conditions favorable hybridization sequence to hybridization both dependent upon step did occur, said probe incorporated distinguishable label, e) separating, by means probe, (i) any result ing dual comprising detected hybridized labeled second (ii) unhybridized singly-hybridized labeled f) label detecting separated may present. preferably fixed solid support and can used mixing solution unknown carrying probe, letting mass stand hybridizing conditions, se parating presence amount attached support.
