摘要: Polarized epithelial cells perform many critical physiological functions in multicellular organisms. Recent embryological studies of the conversion nonpolar mesenchymal to epithelium developing mouse kidney have provided vital information on molecular mechanisms that initiate cell polarization. To become polar, first attach basement membrane is produced by themselves. Of components, laminin has a key role development polarity. Laminin multidomain glycoprotein composed three subunits: A, B1, and B2. One binding site for found carboxyl-terminal part A chain laminin. Antibodies reacting with this inhibit polarization organ cultures embryonic kidneys. Expression also suggest important polarization; appears when begin polarize, whereas B chains are expressed at an earlier stage development. The mesenchyme morphogenesis can be controlled differential expression chains.
