摘要: Organizational environments are related to hierarchic levels existing in a determined organization, and they influence the formal informal flows origin their monitoring and/or extinction. Informational result of organizational environments, which focus is information knowledge. We used Laurence Bardin´s ‘Analysis Content’, more specifically ‘Categorical Analysis’ technique data analysis. As collection procedure we accomplished field research, applying questionnaire as an intentional sample industries segment From tabulation analysis, infer relevant these companies business development, well emphasized need management deployment, insure processes quality, industrial chain production competition conquer potential markets.
