摘要:  Although firms increasingly invest in systems (e.g. ISO, knowledge centres, IT systems) for utilizing stored and acquiring market information during new product development, few manage to benefit from these investments. To explore this issue, we suggest that rely on two distinct types of stocks ‐ procedural declarative memory affect short-term financial performance creativity ways. Additionally, internal or external flows can have moderating impact the types‐product outcomes relationship. Our empirical study development activities indicates there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between as well a positive performance. Also may work complementary fashion enhancing both outcomes. Finally, found reduce value creativity. These findings important implications organizational knowledge, capabilities, literatures practice they open ways future research.
