摘要: Baeyer-Villiger monooxygenases (BVMOs) are biocatalysts able to convert cyclic ketones lactones by the insertion of oxygen. The aim this study was explore substrate scope several BVMOs with (biobased) as precursors for synthesis branched polyesters. The product structure and degree conversion biotransformations determined after conversions using self-sufficient BVMOs. Full regioselectivity towards normal lactone jasmatone menthone observed, while oxidation other substrates such α,β-thujone 3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexanone resulted in mixtures regio-isomers. This exploration both established well newly discovered biobased contributes development polyesters from renewable resources.
