摘要: The figure of merit ZT thermoelectric materials has been evaluated by the Harman method in temperature region below room temperature. In this only resistance measurements both dc and ac methods are required to obtain values. is given ZT=(Rdc/Rac-1)/x, where Rdc, Rac x value rate heat bath, respectively. effect experimentally confirmed be negligibly small we can use x=1 which corresponds a sufficient adiabatic condition. Because an ambiguity due experimental errors such as length between measurement terminals resistivity thermal conductivity removed, determined very simply precisely method.
