摘要: Abstract Helium atom scattering and low-energy electron diffraction have been used for studying the adsorption of TCNQ molecules on Cu(100). By optimizing growth procedure through analysis He-diffraction spectra, a long range (over 2000 A), ordered molecular overlayer has attained by deposition at 110 K followed thermal annealing 315 K. contrast, no spectra could be obtained employing methods reported previously. Moreover, were found to form single-domain incommensurate The lattice parameters this structure determined from an measured high-resolution spectra.
