摘要: Abstract The neurones isolated from spinal ganglia and the ganglion of trigeminal nerve a rat were investigated by means intracellular perfusion voltage clamp. extracellular solution was replaced in 0.1 s. Many cells responded to rapid shifts external pH 7.4 6.9 lower pH-dependent inward current. Its amplitude saturated at 5.4 (p Ka6.2). This ‘H+-induced’ current due increased permeability membrane Na+ K+ (Pk:PNa$˜0.1). H+-induced decay had time constant about 0.5s showed desensitization which removed within 10s. also found mouse C-1300 neuroblastoma. It similar dependence but much slower kinetics desensitization. is suggested that this newly described conductance mechanism may serve as pH-sensor sensory endings throughout body.
