摘要: In this study, the amount of warpage occurring in a polymer–metal hybrid during its manufacturing process and mechanical properties warped under bending load were investigated both experimentally numerically. The cohesive zone model was employed to define contact between polymer metal layer which parameters obtained from experimental tests. effect different injection including packing time, melt temperature on also investigated. results showed that decreases by increasing time increases boosting temperature. Moreover, indicated then remains approximately constant as is increased. addition, have greatest impact warpage. there good agreement simulated modulus tests simulation.
