摘要: Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) is an acute multisystem disease that has been recognized to occur in a variety of clinical settings. Postoperative TSS described following nasal surgery associated with the use postoperative packing. We report case classic septoplasty where intranasal splints without packing were used. Recommendations for prevention are presented.
