摘要: This chapter is an attempt to explain and define the difficult nose. Many readers may find it excrutiating numbers-oriented while others will hopefully learn analyze a nose devise effective operative plan. Most of photographic analysis involves angles ratios, which can be done easily in five minutes on computer screen or lateral photograph with transparent overlay. The goal stimulate surgeon s thought process not offer fixed solution. I have found minor moderate major progression extremely helping me definitive more accurate refined correct plan, results simpler surgery superior results. Without question, time spent saved intraoperatively. Also, better use eraser than try undo surgical misadventure.
